Website usage. When you visit, we do not load analytics or marketing scripts and we do not set cookies. A language you choose and a color scheme you choose stay in the browser and are not sent to atollee. Without a choice of your own, the page follows the browser language and the browser color scheme. The web server may process the connection data needed to deliver the page, including the IP address, date and time, and the address requested. This data is not used for advertising and is not passed to external analytics services. We count page views for an internal statistic. We store the path, the day, the time, the country and the town where they can be recognized, a coarse note of browser, system and device, and, when the browser sends it, the host name of the referring site. The mark lets us see within 6 months whether someone returns. A coarse mark also records whether the view looks like a known bot or a usual scan. The address itself is not stored. The town is the city of the connection, not the street and not the device location. Contact, newsletter and token requests are also kept in this statistic with the text that goes to info@atollee.com, including name, email and message. There is no extra script and no cookie for this.
Contact. Email contact data is used only to process the request and is deleted after six months. No data is passed on to third parties. The form in the footer sends name, organization, position, email, and message to atollee. The OpenAPI form also sends a validity period so demo access can be issued.
Newsletter. The newsletter uses only the email address. Unsubscribing is possible at any time. The data is used only for newsletter delivery.
